Louise Jackson

Registered Psychologist

MSc (Forensic Psychology), MNZPsS

A consultant psychologist based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington, Louise (she/her) draws on 20 years’ of experience in the mental health and wellbeing sector to provide workplaces with dynamic and accessible training workshops, group sessions, and individual support.

Louise has specialist experience in forensic psychology, working with groups, and training. She was Principal Advisor of Training and Design for the Chief Psychologist's Office of Ara Poutama Aotearoa, Department of Corrections. In addition to training workshops, Louise provides group sessions (e.g., coaching or post-incident support) and support to individual employees. 

Louise’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based and compassionate. Louise takes evidence-based methods and translates these into tangible steps leaders and other employees can take to improve wellbeing and resilience.

Outside of her mahi (work), Louise enjoys checking out the eateries that our windy capital has on offer with her partner and friends, as well as hiking in the beautiful forests of Aotearoa.
