Andrea (she/her) is an outstanding Clinical Psychologist specialising in adult neurodivergence, mental health and developmental psychology. She assesses adults for ADHD and autism and is experienced in working with people with AuDHD (combined ADHD and autism), those who are high-masking, and people whose neurodivergent traits may have been less obvious in childhood.
People who work with Andrea describe her as approachable, respectful and knowledgeable. She provides a warm and welcoming experience, while her considered approach prioritises clinical integrity and draws on evidence-based methods.
Andrea’s special interests and experience include adult ADHD and autism assessment, as well as working with young people, maternal mental health, and supporting families experiencing significant distress or trauma. She has research and applied experience with Māori frameworks of mental health, including the Meihana Model.
Outside of her psychology practice, Andrea enjoys spending time with her whānau, going running and reading. Andrea is based in Waitaha Canterbury.
