Diante (she/her) is a highly valued clinician on our team specialising in workplace wellbeing workshops, individual coaching, and adult ADHD and autism assessment. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, her areas of focus include anxiety, stress and neurodiversity.

Diante's ADHD and autism assessment experience includes supporting women navigating a later-life diagnosis, including where menopause is occurring alongside neurodivergence. Diante's clinical background spans maternal wellbeing, hospital-based mental health, forensic mental health and supporting people who have experienced psychological trauma.

Diante also facilitates our workplace wellbeing workshops, where she is passionate about demystifying mental health and sharing practical strategies for wellbeing. Recognised by The NYC Journal as one of the Top 20 Coaches to Watch, she is also a published author and podcast host, has lectured at Pearson in South Africa, and has been featured in Verywell Mind and The Wellness Society.

Drawing on her own lived experience, Diante brings a non-judgemental, compassionate and holistic approach to her work. Based in Tāhuna Queenstown, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family - and indulging in Kiwi dairy lolly bags when the moment calls for it.
