Kerry (she/her) is an outstanding consultant clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. Kerry provides consultation, coaching, professional supervision, and brief psychological support. She has a particular interest in organisational dynamics, especially within human service organisations.

Kerry draws on her experience to support professionals and organisations. She​ provides international invited keynotes and has particular interests in the areas of trauma, women's professional identity, and digital mental health interventions. Kerry is also a published book author and has many international journal article publications including on the topic of youth mental health.

Kerry was previously President and is a current Fellow of the New Zealand Psychological Society. Outside of her mahi (work) with MindMatters Clinic, she is Professor of Psychology for a New Zealand leading University and clinical psychology training programme.

Kerry's style is kind, gentle, yet pragmatic. Originally from South Africa, Kerry is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. When she's not at work, Kerry enjoys ocean swimming, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
