Kirsty (she/her) brings the worlds of psychology and business together through coaching, consulting, professional supervision, and facilitation. An executive and leadership coach, she draws on 25 years of experience and over 15,000 face-to-face hours to help people transform their thinking and behaviour.​

Kirsty works with leaders who find themselves under tension. Her coaching style is both collaborative and empowering, encouraging clients to draw on their skills, strengths, and new ways of understanding themselves to develop the capacity to thrive and succeed in both their professional and personal lives. Kirsty specialises in helping leaders with:

Kirsty is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. Outside of her mahi (work) she enjoys reading non-fiction books and spending time with her family.
