Dr Kirsty Agar-Jacomb

Clinical and Coaching Psychologist


A consultant clinical and coaching psychologist based on the North Shore, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Kirsty (she/her) provides professional coaching to some of Aotearoa's hottest talent and established senior leaders. Kirsty also brings a wealth of clinical experience in mental health. 


Kirsty is an Accredited Coaching Psychologist with the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has over two decades' of experience, including as a leader in the mental health sector.


Kirsty is recognised as an excellent trainer and coach. She has a special interest in leadership development and women in leadership, including presenting at national psychology conferences, for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Auckland Council and the Health Quality and Safety Commission. Kirsty has published multiple research studies including in the Journal of Mental Health. 

Kirsty previously held board positions on the International Society for Psychological and Social approaches to Psychosis (ISPS-NZ) and the Eating Difficulties Education Network (EDEN).
