Dr Kirsty Agar-Jacomb

Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Coaching Psychologist

A consultant clinical and coaching psychologist, Kirsty (she/her) brings a wealth of experience in the areas of mental health, DEI, and leadership. She provides professional supervision and coaching to some of Aotearoa's most established leaders, busy professionals, and rising talent. Kirsty also runs training workshops.

Kirsty is an Accredited Coaching Psychologist with the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has over two decades of experience, including as a leader in the mental health sector.

 

Kirsty is recognised as an excellent trainer and coach. She has a special interest in leadership development and women in leadership, including presenting at national psychology conferences, for Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Auckland Council and the Health Quality and Safety Commission. Kirsty has published internationally including in the Journal of Mental Health. 

Kirsty previously held board positions on the International Society for Psychological and Social approaches to Psychosis (ISPS-NZ) and the Eating Difficulties Education Network (EDEN). She is based on the North Shore, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
