Louise (she/her/ia) has worked with major national and international organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand. As Founder and CEO of MindMatters, Louise leads a team of psychologists and other clinicians who share her passion for delivering gold-standard workplace wellbeing and neurodiversity support.
Driven by values of care, clinical excellence and personal integrity, Louise has two decades of sector experience, including supporting organisations to achieve award-winning wellbeing frameworks. Louise facilitates trainings and speaking engagements on the topics of neurodiversity, mental health, and health technology. Louise also loves providing consultation for wellbeing-related product development.
Louise is friendly, passionate and engaging, translating even complex concepts and making them accessible to all kinds of audiences. She is published in the International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction and continues to work on research projects in collaboration with Massey University and the University of Melbourne. Louise is also on the executive committee of the New Zealand Association of Positive Psychology.
Louise is based in central Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. When she isn’t visiting a workplace or learning about the latest research, Louise loves introverting at home with her partner and two pooches (ask her about "Trashy Tuesdays"), watching silly cartoons, or cooking veggie food from scratch.
