Natasha (she/her) is a sought-after Clinical Psychologist specialising in neurodivergence including adult ADHD, eating and body image, and how lifestyle behaviours influence wellbeing. Natasha draws from her experience across public, NGO and private sectors, including in the areas of forensic psychology, addiction, child and adolescent services, and specialist eating disorder clinics.
Natasha has published internationally in Frontiers in Psychology, her research investigating how lifestyle behaviours including sleep, exercise, and diet relate to our mental and physical wellbeing. As a testament to her academic achievements and dedication to the field of psychology, Natasha was also selected as Valedictorian for Massey University.
Natasha provides care defined by excellence and compassion. She creates a warm and safe environment for groups and individuals alike, to empower people to develop in their self-awareness and skills.
Outside of work, she can be found slowing down through yin yoga. Natasha also enjoys travelling and exploring cuisine and culture with her husband. Natasha is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
