Charlotte (she/her) is a brilliant psychologist on our team, specialising in neurodivergence, mental health, and addressing systemic barriers when it comes to wellbeing. Her strength-based approach and lived experience are highly valued by clients.


Charlotte provides assessment, psychological therapy, supervision, and facilitates workshops. Charlotte also regularly contributes to our articles and videos on topics related to mental health, wellbeing, and neurodivergence, always ensuring information is science-backed, yet relatable and engaging. She brings significant experience in ADHD assessment and therapy, as well as a background in mental health and working with rangatahi (youth) and whānau wellbeing. 

Charlotte's style is warm, genuine and inclusive. She is trauma-sensitive and holistic, with an interest in alternative therapies for when more traditional approaches are not appropriate or desired. For instance, Charlotte has conducted research into equine-assisted therapy and  has interests in somatic and yoga therapies.

Outside of work, Charlotte loves yoga, reading books in the sun with her cat, and hunting out arts festival events. She is also a knitting extraordinaire! Charlotte is based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland.
